Hello, I'm Taneasha Hines, affectionately known as the Queen of Hair Illusions. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I specialize in transforming lives through the power of confidence-one strand at a time. With a focus on non-surgical hair loss solutions, I help men and women facing hair loss reclaim their identity through custom cranial prostheses, mesh integration, medical wigs, toppers, and unique sew-in methods tailored for those with alopecia. 

My Journey

My love for hair artistry began over two decades ago in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Dudley Beauty College in 2003, I launched a career rooted in creativity, healing, and transformation. Now based in Alpharetta, GA, I bring over 20 years of experience to every appointment. My work has been celebrated in publications like Black Sophisticates Hair Magazine, the Annapolis Times, The Baltimore Times, and the Jones Creek local paper. I also earned 2nd place in the Golden Scissors Awards (2011) and continue to stand out as a recognized leader in the hair loss and wellness community.

I'm proud to specialize in cranial prostheses (non-surgical hair replacement), mesh integration, medical wigs, custom toppers, and alopecia-specific sew-in solutions using the Weave Buddy method. My mission is to provide premium, natural-looking hair replacement options that restore more than just hair-they restore confidence. Every solution I offer is designed to meet the needs of those living with various forms of hair loss, including medical-related conditions such as alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss, and more.

In addition to my hands-on services, I'm an active YouTube Content Creator and Educator, dedicated to sharing knowledge about healthy hair practices, scalp care, and styling techniques. Through workshops, tutorials, and speaking engagements, I empower clients and fellow beauty professionals to elevate their approach to hair care and non-surgical hair replacement. 

Author & Published Expert

As the author of Hair Journal: The Mane Goal and Hair Shade Chronicles, my written work provides guidance for individuals on their hair journeys. I've been featured in major publications for my expertise and continue to shine as a thought leader in the hair loss and wellness space. I'm also honored to be part of the Marquis Who's Who Directory, recognized for my contributions as a Trichologist on their Publication Board. My upcoming third book shares more of my personal story and offers inspiration for aspiring professionals in the hair restoration field.

My passion is purpose-driven. I proudly collaborate with organizations such as Wigs for Kids, the American Cancer Society, and the National Alopecia Areata Foundation. Whether it's through volunteer work, custom prosthesis fittings, or educational advocacy, I believe in giving back and being part of a larger movement to normalize and support hair loss.
